📅 Recommended Maintenance
2–3 Weeks
✔ Standard Fill-In
⚠️ Four Weeks or More
If it has been 4 weeks or longer since your last appointment, or if your nails have excessive lifting, missing nails, cracks, or significant damage, a fill-in may no longer be appropriate.
In these cases, your service may be upgraded to one of the following:
- Full Set Removal + New Full Set
- Soak-Off + New Application
- Extensive Nail Repair (priced individually)
This recommendation is made to protect the health of your natural nails and ensure the best, longest-lasting results.
💔 Missing Nails
- 1–2 missing nails: charge per finger
- 3 or more missing nails: A new full set may be recommended.
- 5 or more missing nails: A new full set is required.
🚫 We May Decline a Fill-In If:
- More than half of the nails are missing.
- There is severe lifting or separation.
- The nails show signs of fungal infection or other conditions that require medical attention.
- The existing set cannot be safely rebalanced.
Our goal is to provide services that are safe, hygienic, and long-lasting.

To help your nails last as long as possible:
✔ Wear gloves while cleaning.
✔ Apply cuticle oil daily.
✔ Avoid using your nails as tools.
✔ Schedule your fill-in every 2–3 weeks.
✔ Contact us promptly if you experience lifting or breakage.
